We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions caused by unforeseen hardware failures or sophisticated cyber incidents outside our direct control.

4. Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, network architecture, and business operations, often formalized via a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA).
