Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the labor-intensive nature of IT consulting and the immediate deployment of software licenses, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Managed IT Retainers: Monthly managed service agreements require a 30-day written notice for cancellation. Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused helpdesk hours.

2. Project-Based Consulting: Deposits for project work (e.g., cloud migrations, network setups) are non-refundable once the discovery and planning phases have commenced.

3. Software Licenses & Digital Goods: Subscriptions to third-party software (e.g., Microsoft 365, antivirus licenses) purchased through Wehula are subject to the refund policies of the respective vendors and are generally non-refundable once provisioned.

4. Hardware: Hardware purchased through Arvexon may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in its original packaging, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Defective hardware is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
